FAQ

1. Purchase any specially marked 16-pack of South Coast Pale Ale, to share while stocks last, from any store in Australia that stocks and sells the specially marked pack (including online)
2. Peel the sticker on the specially marked pack to reveal a unique code; and
3. visit www.southcoastpale.com.au, follow the prompts to the Promotion claim page; and fully complete and submit the online claim form with your personal details (first name, last name, email address and state/territory of residence) and the unique code from the case.
4. If the unique code is recognised, the $30 Pirate Life Merch e-gift Voucher will be emailed to the supplied email address.

Your purchase receipt from an Outlet must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).

Your unique code is located under the double layered sticker on the outer layer of the specially marked 16 pack of South Coast Pale Ale. If you can’t find your code under the sticker, please make sure you have separated the two layers to reveal the code.

Select Independent and Coles retailers in Australia (including online) will stock the promotional case throughout the promotional period (while stocks last). While every effort will be made to ensure all stores that sell Pirate Life South Coast stock the promotional case, Private Life is not responsible for the rate in which stores sell through stock and cannot guarantee all retailers will order throughout the promotional period. Excludes Dan Murphy’s and BWS.

There is no limit on the number of vouchers you can redeem, provided each redemption is based on a separate Qualifying Purchase and a separate unique code. Each redemption must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Vouchers cannot be stacked.

You will be able to claim your $30 merch voucher using the unique code on case until 28/02/25 at 11:59 pm AEDT

Gift vouchers must be used by 30/06/2025

Once claim form and unique code is submitted you will receive a notification on screen that your $30 Pirate Life merch e-voucher has been emailed to you. Shortly after your gift voucher will be delivered direct to your inbox to the email address submitted in the form.

$30 Pirate Life merch e-vouchers are for ONLINE use only. They cannot be used at Pirate Life Port Adelaide, Pirate Life South Melbourne, Pirate Life Perth, The District at SkyCity Casino or any Pirate Life sponsored events.

• Voucher is valid to 30/06/2025.
• Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.
• Can be used for merchandise only (not alcohol).
• Cannot be used to cover shipping costs
• Cannot be stacked or used in conjunction with any other discounts.
• Online purchases only.
